
If you are on this page then that means you have asked us to design a new website for you!
Before we can begin on your new design there are certain elements of your design that we need your help with so that
it will have the ‘look’ you want.
The following items will be needed before we can begin:
1. Content documents – Gather all the content that you want included in the site. The content can be in either word, or notepad format.
2. Graphics Folder - We will need any graphics or images that you want displayed on your new site.
3. Subject outline – What are the major subject links of your site. For example: if you are creating a site about lamps,
what are the main categories you wish to discuss? Lamps: table lamps, desk lamps, standing lamps, etc.
4. Information about you - Most websites provide pages that say “about us”
and a "contact us" page. You will need to provide us with any information that will appear on this page.
Example: Year established, mission statement, names of people or team members that helped create the business, growth history,
address, telephone, etc.
5. Links or advertising - Do you have a list of links to be placed on this site or certain advertising area's to be created.
Once the above items have been gathered and provided to us, we will then ask just a few more questions regarding personal
website design preferences.
