Design Preferences for your new website can get tricky and may not always work
best for your topic matter or type of viewer!
Once you have provided us with all the text content, graphics and/or changes you want on
your website, it is now time for the fun part!
Design Preferences
For some people this is fun, for others they just want the website done with as little involvement as possible. Regardless of which type you are, we still MUST ask these questions. The reason being is that all our websites are created from scratch.
If you are not sure what that means, then do this:
Go on the internet to any website, look at the top of your screen
at the menu, click ‘view’, then click ‘source’.
You will now see all the code written behind the scenes to make that website look how it does. For some sites it may not be that impressive, for others it could look like a gigantic page of gibberish.
The point is this; simply put, we do not want to put in the work and end up
with results that are not even close to what you like!
Now that you understand the WHY behind our request, let us begin with getting through the basics design specifications you would like to see on your site.
If you don’t already have somewhat of an idea for what you like, we suggest taking a brief moment to visit some websites and see if there is a pattern to what you like or dislike.
